The fact that our team is familiar with our patients –- and vice versa –- has made the office atmosphere very family-like and close. As our team is committed to providing the best dental care possible, we constantly update our knowledge and technical skills through continuing education courses. Our patients greatly benefit from our ever-growing experience and unwavering professionalism.
Lisa M. Cappello, Practice Manager
Lisa brings twenty years of experience in the dental field to our practice, and we are lucky to have had her at the helm for the past over ten years. Lisa has a laser focus when it comes to patient care and satisfaction. In this role, Lisa is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the practice, manages the social media and marketing aspect of the business, and overall ensures the practice operates at the highest level. Additionally, Lisa is CPR and OSHA certified.
Lisa has three beautiful daughters, two rescue dogs, and currently resides in Northborough, MA with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family, listening to good music, traveling and being at the beach!
Dental Hygienist
Alana has been practicing Dental Hygiene for 17 years. She was born in Washington State and grew up in Central Mass. She studied at Mass College of Pharmacy/Forsyth and graduated in 2006. As a clinician it is Alana’s goal to explain dentistry in a way that is specific to what each patient needs. Listening to her patients has been what helps her continually be a great provider over the span of her career. To keep up with her profession she attends different study clubs hosted around Massachusetts as well as professional conferences held annually. When Alana is not cleaning teeth, she spends time with her family and friends. She enjoys knitting and hoopstich art. When she can she enjoys long road trips and yoga.
Samantha was born and raised in Massachusetts; she graduated from Algonquin Regional High School in 2017. Up until 2021, Samantha primarily worked with children. She transitioned into the dental field to work as the front desk coordinator for Feeley Dental. Since joining the team, Samantha has been instrumental in the success of our front of house operations specifically when it comes to organization. While her time with the practice has been short, Samantha has demonstrated her ability to adapt and succeed in new environments. Samantha has a deep love for animals but has a particular soft spot for whales and dogs.
Joselyn has been a certified Dental Assistant for eight years and has been with the practice for almost two years. She is a Worcester local; she graduated Worcester Technical High School in 2010, went on to study at Quinsigamond Community College in 2012, and took a radiology course at Boston University. Joselyn had always been interested in the healthcare industry; she even dried the EMT route but since practicing as a Dental Assistant she feels she has found just the right fit. When Joselyn is out of the office she can usually be found among family and friends including her two children and husband. Whenever she can, Joselyn tries to find time to appreciate the outdoors and go to the beach. Also, she is fluent in Spanish and English.
Caitlyn Earle,
Dental Hygienist
Caitlyn has been a registered and practicing Dental Hygienist for just over ten years. Caitlyn was born in Washington State and raised in Massachusetts; she graduated at the top of her class with honors in 2012 and is licensed to administer local anesthesia. As a clinician, it is Caitlyn’s goal to always be kind, understanding, and gentle. She takes a collaborative approach when working with patients to educate them and work together with the patient and the doctor to help guide you in making confident decisions for your individual health. When Caitlyn is not cleaning teeth, she can be found amongst family and friends. Additionally, she enjoys many hobbies including fishing, snowboarding, hula hooping and crafting.
